Orders received for items in stock normally ship no later than the next business day. If you need to be certain that a product arrives by a certain date and time, you should phone us before placing your order.

Days in Transit for orders that ship Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day, please note: Days In Transit DO NOT include the day you place your order, weekends, or Holidays. For example, if your order ships on a Monday via 3-Day, the order would arrive on Thursday.

If you place an order for an out of stock item we will contact you and let you know when we expect to ship your order.

We ship with UPS®, the US Postal Service, and occasionally FedEx®. We also use freight truck services when required.

If you select UPS Worldwide Services®, UPS Canada Standard®, or USPS International for shipping, please note: Rates do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the receiver, unless otherwise indicated by the shipper.

  • Find your order and click on the "Return Items" button
  • Fill out and submit the form

    • Please let us know your reason for return.
  • Send your package back.
    • Write the RA# on the label of your return.
    • Insure your package against possible loss or damage.
  • We will inspect the return to ensure return of all parts, packaging, manuals, etc.
    • All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • We will send out a replacement or refund your purchase price (minus shipping and any adjustments if there are missing parts, manuals, etc.)
